Our fees

Our fees for attending to flat owner conveyancing and lease related matters are as follows:

• Standard landlord’s enquiries:     £225
• Ground Rent enquiries only: £35
• Notice of assignment, transfer or authorised letting:     £50
• Notice of mortgage:     £50
• Accepting Deeds of Covenant and/or issuing Land Registry consents:     £125
• Deed of variation: £250
• Letter for administration purposes: £9
• Lease variations:     price on application
• Licence for alterations:     price on application
• Attending to disputes:     £90 per hour
