Is the Ground Rent negotiable?

Ground Rent is not a negotiable payment and it may not be withheld or offset for any reason. For example, you are not legally allowed to withhold Ground Rents in lieu of disputes concerning services or service charges.

It is important that Ground Rent is paid promptly, when requested.
